"I have been part of Bute Advice Centre since January 2005 and my commitment is because of my firm belief that such an organisation is vitally important within this community. There are many vulnerable and disadvantaged individuals and families who are unable to properly stand up for their rights and who often do not receive their full entitlement to benefits and other public assistance. They are usually afraid or distrustful of bureaucracy and they turn to Bute Advice Centre for assistance from staff and volunteers who are dedicated and impartial"
Joined Bute Advice Centre early in 2019 as a trustee, quickly offering her services as Treasurer.
Began working at BAC as a volunteer adviser, then in 2018 became a Trustee.
