The office is in a central location based in the heart of Rothesay.
We face onto Rothesay Castle and a short walk away from Guildford Square and the ferry terminal.
Appointments
The team work from home and the office on a rota basis.
You can have either a face to face or telephone appointment depending upon the complexity and nature of your requirements.
Face to face or telephone appointments can be booked from 10 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday.
We would always recommend that you make an appointment. We will provide you with the first available appropriate appointment and this can be arranged by calling us on 01700 502784 or by visiting the office during the reception hours.
If when you call, we are busy on the other line, please leave a message and a member of the team will get back to you asap. Please leave your name, number and a short message. Messages will be listened to and responded to during reception hours only.

Wednesday

10.00 am – 1.00 pm & 1.30 pm – 4.00 pm
Friday
10.00 am – 1.00 pm & 1.30 pm – 4.00 pm
Appointment times are available from 10 am to 4 pm – Monday to Friday.

Our ACHA Welfare Rights Outreach programme is available in Dunoon. Please contact us on 01700 502784 for confirmation of dates and times.
